I created abstract swirls using gouache on 8.5 x 11 acrylic paper. My goal was to explore the interplay of light and shadow, adding depth and dimension to the piece. The swirling patterns allowed me to experiment with contrast, creating a dynamic flow that draws the viewer's eye across the composition.
