Retail Packaging

I designed a retail bag for a local women-owned bookstore, The Pretty Posy. Using a combination of watercolor, Illustrator, and InDesign brings the concept to life. The idea behind the design was to create a visual experience that mimics a bookshelf, with bookshelves wrapping around the entire bag. I wanted the design to evoke the feeling of being surrounded by books, inviting customers to feel connected to the store’s atmosphere while carrying a piece of it. The mix of hand-painted watercolor and digital elements helped bring a personal, artistic touch to the overall look.
